In 2004, when the first vines were planted at Gusbourne Estate, we had a clear vision and a single goal: to create vintage English Sparkling Wines that would stand up alongside the very finest offerings from across the globe. We’ve had our sights set on perfection ever since.

We, at Gusbourne, have an uncompromising quest for quality: all our wines are Exclusively crafted from grapes selected from our own vineyards, and are always a vintage which means they are an authentic reflection of a time and place. Our traditional method sparkling wines (same process as Champagne) are served in Michelin starred restaurants and luxury hotels both here in the UK and now 29 International markets.

Our top quality English Sparkling Wines are now regarded in the same light as leading Champagne Houses and consumers, or companies, are seeking us out as the want to support British brands and locally sourced products.

At Gusbourne we are also lucky to be sustainably produced and England’s most awarded winemaker with more over 50 medals this year alone (2022), including 15 gold and 13 trophies. Gusbourne is also a proud founding member of SWGB (Sustainable Wines of Great Britain), the first and only sustainability scheme for the wine industry in the UK, and has been sustainability accredited since the first year (2019). The accreditation is for both vineyard practices and winery practices.
