Havn launched in September 2019 and continues to scale its London-based fleet of fully-electric Jaguar IPACE vehicles offering a safe and sustainable service. Passengers are able to tailor every journey, to their own exact preferences, through Havn’s personalisation features available via the iOS and Android app or online booking portal. These include; music preferences, playlist, temperature and even level of chauffeur interaction.
Our fully bespoke booking portal enables you to pre-book for colleagues and guests and offers live journey tracking for maximum visibility and peace of mind. You can manage passenger profiles (including special needs or requests), input additional information such as train or flight details, see completed journey summaries, receive invoices and monthly summary reports.
Whether you are booking inner-city journeys, commutes in and out of the city or airport transfers for unavoidable international travel, Havn is fully operational and continues to be dedicated to the safety of its passengers and chauffeurs. We have upgraded our safety and hygiene procedures in order to keep you and the chauffeurs safe while travelling. These include:
A safe Havn:
Chauffeurs are required to wear a face-covering at all times
Chauffeurs clean the vehicle between each journey including; door handles, the iPad, armrest, seatbelts and headrests. Additionally a daily deep clean is undertaken.
Complementary Protection:
Passengers must wear a face-covering whilst in the vehicle.
Passengers have access to complimentary hand sanitiser, disinfectant wipes, and masks.
Passenger Declaration:
Before booking a journey with Havn, you will be asked to confirm you do not have symptoms
Passengers must travel wearing a mask or visor unless there is a medical reason preventing this
Vetted chauffeurs:
Havn chauffeurs are employed and entitled to sick pay, so will not be incentivised to work if unwell.
