COYA is more than a restaurant: it’s a place to experience something new and exciting, where guests are taken on an immersive journey to Latin America through exceptional, authentic Peruvian food, innovative pisco infusions, decor from another world and live music. Each restaurant has a unique and atmospheric PDR and areas of the main restaurant can be cordoned off for semi-private dining.
