“Keeping employees engaged and positive during lockdown” with Romy-Jane Ashmore, EA at RM

The speed with which Covid hit was frightening: everything that we knew and were comfortable with changed in a ten-minute broadcast by the Prime Minister.  At RM we quickly mobilised to support colleagues, focusing on keeping them engaged and positive as each day, week and month passed. Over the last twelve months, we have worked to unite our colleagues across the company. This presentation shares some of the ways in which we managed to achieve that.

Our speaker:   Romy-Jane Ashmore is Executive Assistant to the Managing Director and his Senior Leadership Team at RM, with over fifteen years experience in providing support to Executives. She is a qualified Mental Health Champion and the winner of the PA Life Multi-Tasker of the Year 2020. Romy will be hosting a session on Mental Health and Wellbeing at The PA Show in June 2021.
